Some of the most powerful moments at a bioregional gathering happen when groups arrive together — already in conversation, already in relationship. We're inviting you to register as a delegation: two or more people who share a place, a practice, or a purpose.
Delegation members are eligible to register at the early-bird price of $500, a $75 discount.

A gathering is richer when you already know someone in the room. Groups bring shared context that deepens the conversations you'll have with the broader community.

When sessions run in parallel, a delegation can spread out and cover more ground — then bring what they learned back to each other.

What counts as a delegation
Any group of two or more counts! Delegations might look like some of these:

Geographic: A Place-Based Group
A watershed, bioregion, or community coming together from the same geography — a delegation of the Willamette Valley, the Salish Sea, the Colorado Plateau, or anywhere else.

Topical: A Shared Focus
A network organized around food sovereignty, water stewardship, Rights of Nature, land trust work, Indigenous-led finance, or any other thread of care and practice.

A collective, organization, or community group traveling together — staff teams, board members, collaborators, or members of a community of practice
